The Eagles win the 2018 NFL Super Bowl !

Historically the short term impact of the Super Bowl definitely has an impact on the Spokane, WA real estate market.

Excited Sellers list their homes this week.

And upbeat Buyers flood the market with Real Estate purchase offers.

The excitement this year around the Eagles 1st Super Bowl win could fuel even more Real Estate action in the Spokane area than previous years.

This morning I have already heard  from potential buyers of Spokane homes that they are fueled from Sunday’s Eagles win and ready to place offers.

For Sellers, low inventory is fueling an amazing start to the  2018 Spokane Real Estate season.

It’s common to see home owners receive offers in their 1st 30 days on market!

So for the short term, my answer is YES the Super Bowl is a win for Spokane, WA Home Sellers and Real Estate buyers.
