November numbers look strong!

Still an exceptional time for real estate as the November numbers look very good and sales are still strong.  With interest rates this low I think it is really important to move forward with real estate over the winter and to not get caught waiting for the spring when rates should be higher.   The Fed has signaled multiple rate hikes which will affect the bond market (more on that later).  

Get pre-qualified asap and don't be shy about looking for a house now.
